榄菜四季豆

榄菜是潮汕风味的特色小食,咸香的味道带到四季豆里,是一道绝佳的下饭好菜!
食材:四季豆 红菜椒 豆干
调料:植物油 橄榄菜
方法:
1、准备好食材;
2、洗净素菜,四季豆撕去老筋切碎,红椒去蒂去籽切碎,豆腐干切碎;
3、炒锅热油放四季豆翻炒到变色;
4、放红椒粒和豆干粒翻炒均匀;
5、加入橄榄菜翻炒开;
6、待四季豆全熟即可出锅装盘。
小贴士:橄榄菜较咸可不用再放食盐。
