素食菜谱:三杯竹笋

材料:
春笋 (400克)、九层塔 (1枝)、姜 (2片)。

做法:
1、姜切片、九层塔洗净,取叶片待用,春笋去壳,切成滚刀块。
2、适量油烧至7成热,放入笋块炸至笋块表面微微收缩捞出。
3、另起锅,注入香油烧至5成热,放入姜片爆香。
4、放入笋块,加入生抽、冰糖翻炒片刻。
5、撒入九层塔翻炒至叶片变软即可。
