凉面

食材准备:面条,绿豆芽,黄瓜
调料准备:酱油,醋,糖,原味芝麻酱,辣椒油
做法:

  1. 面条煮至 9 分熟捞起,过冷水,放橄榄油,或蔬菜拌
    匀,放凉。
  2. 黄瓜切丝,绿豆芽过水一分钟捞出。
  3. 5 勺酱油,2 勺醋,3 勺糖,2 勺芝麻酱,适量辣椒油。
  4. 将放凉的面条加入黄瓜丝或绿豆芽,加入 3 调料就可以了。
